lots of templates missing not as good as the old studio feeling let down as a member

to many templete's missing plates,sippy cups wine tote bags etc

Yep, too many templates missing. The old CS was far easier to use and had more user friendly options. Why have we got this New CS that is an inferior product.  Trying to run a business with this is frustrating. They know what they didn't do, yet we are supposed to be content with it. And why close down the old one. Surely it would have made sense to keep the old CS until they got it right. Not impressed.

I thought it was just me who felt like this Terry.  I'd much rather go back to the old software.  It may have needed a little improving, but was so much easier and less time consuming than this new one.

I am BEYOND irritated with everything they've done. Took away a template that I use every single day. Nothing will print. Unreal.

Add a template I did send a request or my word a sippy cup sawgrass a full discription a photo the size dimension product number  then told to get another ticket I just gave up

Yep. I did the same exact thing Claire. Put in a new template request with all the info about 4+ weeks ago, nothing. So, I put another one. Assuming nothing will happen again.

The templates are so screwed up and I've wasted so much time and paper/ink because of it. No update about the template change and my bulk print just cost me a lot of money. I can't even use the license plate and license frame templates because the holes where the screws go prints out white on the template and it does not line up correctly with the template. Now I'm going to be behind on sending out orders, have to refund, and end up with negative reviews. Why take away the old Creative Studio when this one isn't even useable?

Video does me no good. My format is totally different then all the videos I can find, I have a design I need to make which I use to have a template for, but that is missing also.  (had knee surgery, now finally getting back into creating. or at least I wanted to)

I miss the old format, so much user friendly and easy to use.

I tried watching all the videos just to use the new changes, and can't figure out how to use it because my format and all the videos are different.  I have someone who requested a design I did in the past and everything is gone.
