Paper size mismatch

A paper size mismatch error means that the paper size selected does not match the paper size loaded in the paper tray. Pressing the Form feed button followed by  # on the printer panel will nonetheless allow it to continue printing. If the settings are indeed correct, then it is recommended to reset the printer back to defaults.


Paper type mismatch

A paper type mismatch is when the paper type set on the printer does not match the substrate or print speed selected within the driver/colour management software. The paper type must be set to either Plain, Glossy or IJ Plain paper. This can be changed by going into the printer menu > Paper input > Paper Type. Pressing the Form feed button followed by  # on the printer panel will nonetheless allow it to continue printing. If the setting are indeed correct, then it is recommended to reset the printer back to defaults.
