The Service Code 93200 signifies that there is a thermal error in the printer. If you experience this error on your printer, we recommend you perform the following:

  1. Check that there is enough space surrounding the printer for ventilation.
  2. Leave the printer powered off for at least an hour, then power it back on.
  3. Check whether the cooling fan is operating. The fan is located to the front left of the printer.
