If you are attempting to print from CreativeStudio and are receiving a message that Sawgrass Print Manager is not installed (or your printer list does not match what printers you are actually connected to), the likely answer is that you are logged into Sawgrass Print Manager and the Sawgrass website (and therefore CreativeStudio) using two different accounts.

To resolve this, log out of both the Sawgrass website and Sawgrass Print Manager. To log out of Sawgrass Print Manager, right click the system tray (or menu bar on Mac) icon and click Help -> Sign Out.

 

 

Once signed out of both, login again - this time ensuring you are using the same email address for both logins.
