Should a buyer receive an item that is of poor quality, not as described or damaged, they can start a claim request via a request form. Our network support team will review and verify the claim and start a refund to the customer, if reasonable.


Every Fulfiller is getting a review score. This score is used to allocate orders to the best fulfiller while also excluding fulfillers with multiple poor reviews.


The review that buyers will receive will score the fulfiller on the following:

  • Shipping
  • Quality of product
  • Product is as described

Should a fulfiller receive poor feedback, the Network Support Team may contact the buyer to investigate further.
