Should a customer receive a damaged product, product of poor quality or not matching its description, they are entitled to request a refund. The customer can submit a refund request form and will be processed by our Go Exchange team. In order for us to process a refund, we will need the following items from the customer:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Product details or description
- Brief description of the problem
- Good quality photo illustrating the issue
Should the request be found to be valid, a refund will be issued to the customer. The funds for said refund will be deducted from the fulfiller. The customer should only return the defective product if explicitly requested to do so by a member of the Go Exchange team.
