In the event that an order has not been produced correctly due to several possible factors such as print jamming or poor quality, it is possible to reproduce the job by following the instructions below.

Note: When a job has been produced it will move from the Production tab to the Dispatch tab. 

In the production tab, set the status filter to "Any" or "Pending Dispatch" .

Find the job you wish to reproduce and click on the production icon under Actions.
