Customers installing SPM 9.0 on a MacOS 10.13 or MacOS 11.0 may encounter an error "Installation has failed" at the end of the setup process.


The installation actually has succeeded, but the installer fails to automatically launch SPM as the final step. 


Please note that moving forward we plan on discontinuing official support for 10.13 coinciding with the imminent release of MacOS 11.0.
