Converting from Sublijet to Chromablast and vice versa

We do not recommend converting your printer from Sublijet to Chromablast ink and vice versa. The reason being is that should both inks mix during the conversion it will, in due course, cause blocked nozzles and damage the print head. For this reason, performing this conversion will void the warranty of your printer. We therefore strongly recommend you purchase a second printer so that you have one system charged with Chromablast inks and another with Sublijet.

Converting from Sublijet to Siser

Converting from Sublijet to Siser is possible. In order to fully purge any Sublijet ink from the system we recommend printing 40 PRN's (Full Page Full Bleed) for every channel. You can perform this from the printer Utilities menu within the Sawgrass Print Manager software. However due to the cost involved we recommend you purchase a second system which would result in one system being charged with Sublijet ink and another with Siser ink.

Please however submit a ticket to our technical support team and provide the printer serial number in order for your printer warranty to remain intact. Incorrectly performing this conversion could lead to the printer warranty being void.
