print manager wont download

I have a macbook air version 10.11.6. I have been trying to download the print manager and it will not work. Ive done everything it said to do and the same pop up comes up. Ive tried everything the website said to do. It says the file could be tampered and the signature doesnt match

The reason you are having issue downloading Sawgrass Print Manager is due to the Operating system you have. Sawgrass Print Manager is compatible with Mac 10.13 or higher. If you upgrade your Operating system to at least a 10.13 and you still have issue installing the Sawgrass Print Manager we can help.
